Jim is the Managing Partner at Morgan Phelps Solicitors, having co-founded the firm in 2016. He started his legal career in Worcester in 2005 with what is now a top 50 law firm, qualifying in 2008, and has since specialised in all areas relating to business recovery and insolvency.  Jim’s clients include executives, corporate organisations, funders and insolvency practitioners.  Whilst Jim’s expertise spans both contentious and non-contentious matters, he has extensive experience in insolvency litigation and often represents clients in the High Court.
